Thank you to everyone who shared posts last week. I am a bit behind on my commenting this week, and I apologise if I have not yet commented on them all. My mother in law is very seriously ill in hospital so it has been a difficult week for our family.

This week we are featuring the Ginger Garlic Paste recipe from MJ’s Kitchen. MJ has been a regular contributor to The Gallery of Favorites and she has shared some lovely recipes including Preserved Lemon Rice and Garlic Soup. MJ has spent “over 30 years in five different kitchens cooking up new recipes for family and friends” and specialises in simple, frugal recipes that can be cooked in a limited amount of time.

Although Alea and I both spend a lot of our time writing about food, we do have many other interests and know that our readers do as well. The Gallery of Favorites is a place for all bloggers - not just food bloggers - to share their ideas, interests and passions. Of course, recipe and food posts are very welcome too.

Posts on any family friendly subject are welcome, and of course your recipes and food posts are very welcome too.
